Q. Who makes these products? Isn't it against the law to sell these controlled drugs?
A. Yes it is illegal for human consumption. But the products are sold as "for research" items only. We
are not telling you to inject them into your body. That would be illegal.
Everything is made by a compounding pharmacy here in the US. They follow all the latest requirements for United
States Pharmacopia/Natural Formulary. Quality meets or exceeds USP/NF, ISO9000 standards and uses cGMP(common good manufacturing
practices.) The Compounding Pharmacy Lab is licensed by the FDA, DEA, and carries many licenses to make all generic medications
for a nation wide US Pharmacy . The only hormone they are allowed to make for US pharmacies is Testosterone. They do
not have a license to sell any hormones to Berkley Meyer nor Roschmann . DEA will never allow this to happen. Unfortunately
the media has made that an impossibility.
Q. How long have you been in business
A. We have been in business for 4 years as of Jan 2006
Q. Do you ship from within the USA?
A. All parcels are shipped domestic, from inside the USA.
Q. Do I have to sign for a package??
A. Signature is waived on USPS Express mail. USPS Priority mail and USPS Express mail are
usually left at doorstep.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Your order is packaged and mailed within one to two days after your payment is received. Depending
on the type of shipping purchased , USPS Express mail takes 1-2 days and USPS Priority mail takes 2-3 days.
Q. Do you except Western Union for payment?

Q. Is there a minimum amount I may order??
A. Yes. The minimum order is $300.
Q. Is this an Underground Lab that I have been hearing about lately??
A. No we are not a UG Lab. We do not have the proper licenses to sell hormones in the US. But we outsource
our products to a US Company that has all licenses and use of their clean room, autoclaves for sterility , and all machines
to procure, filter and dispense into vials at 10.2 mL. Also other machines to add rubber stoppers and then cap all vials.
Q. I have used UG Labs before and had painful red lumps where I could hardly walk for days. Do your products
leave lumps are painful stiffness?
A. We are not an UG Lab and because of the USP ingredients that are used including cottonseed oil USP, Benzyl
Alcohol USP at 9.45 mg a vial as preservative, and Benzyl Benzoate USP at 0.2 mL. We can say proudly all our
products are painfree. No lumps or stiffness as long as you use proper injection procedures. UG Labs are notorious for using
3%-5% of Benzyl Alcohol and corn oil or peanut oil found cheap in the local grocery
store. (reason for the lumps and pain. Also underdose or add Testosterone Propionate into their more expensive products
so you will feel something working also they don't bother with filtering the final product as it is time consuming if you
do not have the proper lab equipment. It's sad but unfortunately people are interested in buying the most for their
$$ and never realizing they are getting scammed by an inferior product that does not meet nor is close to label claim.
